Having experienced the symptoms of the menopause and how movement and lifestyle changes helped me through it, I am passionate about helping other women in this phase of their lives.

I have completed specialist training with ‘Menopause Movement’ - a dynamic, evidenced based, multi-disciplinary menopause training course, grounded in women’s physiology.

I am delighted to be able to offer these individual, 1:1 holistic movement and lifestyle sessions for all levels of fitness, designed around your individual goals & requirements.

The sessions aim to help you understand and practise the various beneficial types of movement during peri-post menopause and how lifestyle & nutrition can also play an important role.
