Whether you are completely new to Pilates or have mat work experience, the Reformer offers a varied, fun and rewarding challenge to all age groups and fitness levels. It helps to enhance your body awareness and is a great way to improve your Pilates mat work exercises, as well as other forms of sport and exercise.
The Reformer’s design of springs, ropes, pulleys and sliding carriage allows both assistance and resistance to the movement session.
The Reformer allows a gradual, less forceful stress on joints and ligaments, whilst still providing a challenging and beneficial workout, from beginner to advanced levels.
Working in a ‘closed chain’ environment, (where there is connection to a solid, non-moving surface), means there is improved alignment & more efficient muscle use and movement.

From the comfort of your home - a bespoke live online 1:1 Pilates mat class which focuses on breathing, core stability and good alignment to help prevent injuries, enhance full range of movement and calm the mind.
